Cammell Laird shipyards is a shipbuilding, repair and conversion company. In the military sector, the company “provides ship building, ship repair, conversion and fabrications services to the Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary, overseas navies and tier one supply chain.”  (company website).
