Located in Israel, ISPRA develops, manufactures and markets “non lethal devices for riot control, crowd management, anti terror equipment and police gear”. It exports around the world and is a major supplier of the Israeli police and military.
Among its products is the Multi Effect Grenade which emits CS smoke then, after a delay, combines a “stunning noise” with the “dispersion of either CS powder, rubber pellets, coloring agents, or sticky gel”.
