This is an attack on our civil liberties, an attack on our right to protest, and an attack on our rights to speak up for Palestinian people.
We cannot rely on our institutions to uphold international law, we can only rely on ourselves and the power we have to create change.
Let’s be clear. Direct action is not terrorism and taking action against genocide profiteers is not terrorism.
“It is unconscionable that Israeli delegations and arms companies will be allowed to conduct business as usual at DSEI, and it is down to campaigners to do everything they can to kick Israel out of DSEI and stop this from happening."
CAAT supporters ensured those attending did not dine in peace.
The people attending this dinner are dining on the profits of genocide. This disgusting event is nothing more than a lobbying opportunity for war criminals.
This genocide is happening now. Our government is not acting and Palestinian people cannot wait for the conclusion of the court case. This is why we have released our updated interactive map to enable campaigners to take action against the genocide profiteers on their doorsteps.
This is clearly an attempt to repress and deter protests against arms companies - but this is an attempt that will fail.
CAAT would not exist without its supporters. Each new supporter helps us strengthen our call for an end to the international arms trade.
