In a judgment issued on 6 June, the UK’s High Court dismissed the case brought by CAAT challenging the Government’s decision to renew arms sales to Saudi Arabia. The Court found that CAAT had not proved that the then Secretary of State for International Trade was acting irrationally in their decision to licence
